Get fit with Irish dance in 2023!!

Irish dance is a great way to get fit and back into shape! This style of dance works on your cardio and muscular fitness!  We incorporate exercises and strength training in each of our classes.  This a great way to get fit and healthy!  We would love to have you join us.  Our dancers range in age from 4-68.  It is a wonderful way to boost your memory also 🙂
