Get fit with Irish dance in 2020!!

Irish dance is a great way to get fit and back into shape for 2020! This style of dance works on your cardio and muscular fitness!  We incorporate exercises and strength training in each of our classes.  This a great way to get fit and healthy!  We would love to have you join us in 2020.  Our dancers range in age from 3-73.  It is a wonderful way to boost your memory also 🙂
